CNC Machining
We are able to provide a CNC machining service to our clients with our SCM Pratix NST CNC Boring & machining centre, with which we are able to machine to size most wood based products and also various sheet plastics including:
MDF
Plywood
Chipboard
MFMDF
MFC
OSB
Acrylic etc.

To complement our CNC we have a Mesa Multi Boring Machine for end boring of components for Cam & Dowel construction & other drilling requirements

Edgebanding
We have recently purchased a Brandt Highflex 1230 edgebanding machine which has enabled us to increase production & reduce machining times on our Edgebanding operations. The Highflex is a straight edgebanding machine with gluing unit, Pre-milling for clean straight edges, also Corner Rounding, Trimming & Scraping units for the perfect finish

We are able to edge panels with Melamine, ABS, PVC, Veneer & solid timber up to a height of 60mm & a thickness of 6mm

We can also edgeband curved panels with our SCM Olimpic E10
